<ul><li><p>Manage end-to-end project execution of interior fit-out works, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Clients, Main Contractors, Consultants, and Project Teams for periodic program updates.</p></li><li><p>Weekly project progress reporting.</p></li><li><p>Conduct follow-ups, discussions, and meetings to facilitate timely approvals and program updates</p></li><li><p>Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports, bar charts, manpower histograms, S-curves, look-ahead programme, and KPI reports</p></li><li><p>Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications & verify suitability of use.</p></li><li><p>Oversee site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with local regulations.</p></li><li><p>Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely availability on site.</p></li><li><p>Conduct quality checks and ensure timely project handover. Prepare detailed project program based on the Client’s approved baseline program.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project progress against approved schedules and recommend corrective actions where necessary.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Project Managers and other departments to ensure accurate planning and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Assist Project Managers in project cost control and monitoring.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain project KPIs for effective project monitoring and control.</p></li><li><p>Identify project delays and issue delay notices to concerned parties when required.</p></li><li><p>Develop detailed work schedules and closely monitor all project activities.</p></li><li><p>Analyze project performance and recommend improvement measures to enhance productivity and efficiency.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>8–10 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out project execution in the UAE.</p></li><li><p>Sound knowledge of MEP, UAE regulations, authority approvals and project documentation standards.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in project management tools.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of joinery, fit-out materials, and construction methodologies.</p></li><li><p>SOE membership is a plus</p><br></li></ul>
