We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in Turkish and Arabic cuisine, breakfast, grills, and mezze. The candidate must be passionate about food quality, maintain high hygiene standards, assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation. Previous experience in a busy restaurant is preferred.<br>
