<p>Position Title: Commis Chef – Hot Section (Arabic Cuisine)

Salary AED: up to 3,500 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips

Job Description:
• Prepare, cook, and present authentic Arabic hot dishes in accordance with approved recipes, portion standards, and the restaurant’s quality and presentation requirements.
• Support the Hot Section in daily mise en place and service, including preparation of meat, poultry, rice, vegetables, sauces, grills, stews, and other Arabic specialties, ensuring consistency during high-volume operations.
• Maintain strict standards of food safety, hygiene, temperature control, storage, and kitchen cleanliness, following HACCP and UAE food safety practices.
• Work closely with the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen brigade to ensure timely service, proper stock rotation, minimal food wastage, and smooth kitchen operations.</p><p>Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Commis Chef or similar kitchen role, preferably within a reputable Arabic, Levantine, Middle Eastern, or Lebanese restaurant.
• Strong practical experience in the Hot Section and Arabic cuisine is mandatory, with the ability to prepare traditional dishes and execute established recipes consistently.
• Good knowledge of mise en place, hot kitchen cooking techniques, food handling, portion control, FIFO, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
• Hands-on, fast-paced, and team-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent food quality, consistency, and attention to detail</p>
We’re hiring for a partner. A new specialty coffee concept launching in Dubai.<br>Qualifications Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills. Effective Communication skills for taking orders, explaining menu items, and engaging with guests. Hands-on Barista experience with espresso machines, brewing methods, and coffee preparation. Food Preparation skills and knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Prior experience in a café or hospitality environment is a must. Willingness to learn about specialty coffee, roasting, and sustainable sourcing. Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to Dubai’s diverse community are an advantage.

About the Role
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized <strong>Procurement Coordinator</strong> to support the sourcing and purchasing of equipment, materials, components, and services required for premium spa, wellness, hydrothermal, and specialized MEP projects.</p><br>
<p>The role will coordinate the complete procurement cycle from supplier identification and quotation requests through purchase orders, shipment tracking, delivery, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in <strong>procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or project coordination</strong>, preferably within construction, MEP, hospitality, spa, wellness, swimming pool, or specialized equipment industries.</p><br>

Procurement Coordination
