Company:MercerDescription:<p><b>Regional Data Leader </b></p><br><p>The Regional Data Leader position is part of the Global Marsh Data team which is part of the broader Business Client Services (BCS) organization. This is a senior position, reporting into the Global Head of Marsh Data, and having a dotted reported line into the BCS leader for IMEA. They will serve on the IMEA BCS leadership team and will participate in various global initiatives. Given the nature of these relationships, the successful candidate will need to be comfortable operating within a matrix structure with a combination of regional and global responsibilities.</p><br><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the regional data and analytics strategy to support business growth objectives, with a strong focus on revenue growth, client retention, and operational efficiency gains.
