<p>PowerChina HDEC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Process Engineer to join our Dubai office, supporting large-scale EPC sewage water treatment projects.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site inspections, and client consultations to capture critical project data, design constraints, and effluent quality and reuse requirements.

• Expertise in process design software (such as GPS-X, BioWin) to simulate biological nutrient removal (BNR) and plant performance under varying load conditions for optimisation.

Job Purpose<br><p>As a Maintenance Control Duty Engineer, you will be responsible for tactical management of fleet health, oversight, and management of technical and operational events outside of main base. You will provide technical support and guidance to outstations engineering teams as well as support to Network operations to manage recovery from disruptions. You will monitor aircraft status based on outstation feedback and aircraft health monitoring tools and advice concerned stakeholders for necessary corrective action, ensuring highest levels of safety, airworthiness and compliance.</p><br><br><p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Work closely with the Senior Engineer Maintenance Control Centre to manage, control and co-ordinate all outstation Aircraft on Ground situations & where necessary issue dispensations/concessions in line with known operational & engineering safety practices.</li><li>Monitor fleet health status, review downlinks and plan interventions to uphold aircraft serviceability and optimal dispatch reliability. Support the adoption of digital construction tools, such as BIM, for enhanced project efficiency and accuracy.<br><br>Required Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering and quantity surveying within the construction industry. Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration or eligibility for registration. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Auto CAD, and BIM tools such as Revit. Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC), ARAMCO standards, and other relevant regulations. Demonstrated expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract management. Familiarity with safety standards, including OSHA, NEBOSH, and ISO 45001.
