Commissioning Engineer We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer to join our team and support major EPC Oil & Gas projects. This role is responsible for developing commissioning plans and procedures, coordinating and supervising pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, and ensuring all activities comply with safety standards and contractual requirements.<br>Who We are? Coordinating systemization activities and reviewing P&IDs, SLDs, and Instrument Block Diagrams. Participating in Mechanical Completion walkdowns and managing punch list activities through SCDB. Performing conformity checks, pre-commissioning activities, and test pack verifications. Executing commissioning and pre-start-up activities including functional testing, operational testing, chemical filling, leak testing, inerting, and drying. Preparing and submitting commissioning dossiers. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, contractual requirements, and quality assurance requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and handover of systems to operations teams.<br>What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in commissioning roles, preferably in the oil & gas, power or heavy industrial sectors. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering. Qualifications: Hands-on work experience with reputed commissioning software such as ICAPS and HEXAGON. Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications, with a strong understanding of piping, electrical, control systems, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment. <p>PowerChina HDEC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Process Engineer to join our Dubai office, supporting large-scale EPC sewage water treatment projects. Relocation to Dubai, UAE residency visa and medical insurance will be provided to successful candidates.
