Maintain accurate allocation records, inventory trackers, product data, and distribution documentation. Monitor stock availability and identify shortages, excess inventory, allocation gaps, or distribution issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Retail Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in inventory allocation, merchandise planning, supply chain, retail operations, logistics, or a related function is preferred. Strong understanding of inventory management, stock allocation, replenishment, distribution, and product movement. Familiarity with ERP, WMS, inventory management, retail, planning, or merchandise systems. Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills with the ability to analyze inventory and sales information. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of product and inventory data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to allocation issues. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple allocation priorities. Good written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-functional coordination abilities.
