About Us
Premier by Brightsun Travel and Tourism is a leading travel consolidator in the UAE. We provide cutting-edge travel solutions, extensive inventory, and highly competitive rates to our vast network of travel agents. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Filipino Sales Manager to manage, strengthen, and grow our sub-agent portfolio across the Emirates.
Position Overview
We are looking for an expertly connected Sales Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience managing sub-agents within the UAE travel industry. In this role, you will leverage your deep-rooted relationships within the travel agency community—particularly targeting the highly active Filipino travel sector and wider agency networks—to drive B2B sales volume for Premier's consolidator services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working for a large travel consolidator and possess the commercial acumen to convert independent travel agencies into loyal, high-volume buyers.
Key Responsibilities
• Portfolio & Relationship Management: Act as the primary commercial point of contact for a large network of sub-agents across all emirates, ensuring high retention and engagement.
• Sales & Volume Growth: Drive wholesale travel sales (flights, corporate packages, and leisure travel) to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Network Expansion: Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard new sub-agents, expanding Premier's market share within the UAE's competitive B2B travel landscape.
• Sub-Agent Support: Educate agents on Premier's unique selling propositions, exclusive consolidator fares, and booking platforms to maximize their purchasing power.
• Market Insight: Track market trends, competitor consolidator rates, and agency feedback to assist corporate management in refining product offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Strictly 10+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or agency development working for a large travel consolidator or major wholesale agency in the UAE.
• Cultural & Language Alignment: Strong preference for a Tagalog-speaking professional with deep cultural understanding and established trust within Filipino-owned and operated travel agencies in the UAE.
• Established Network: A ready-to-tap, active roster of travel sub-agents across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates.
• Industry Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of wholesale travel distribution, GDS operations, API booking tools, and airline ticketing structures.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, high energy, and the ability to negotiate commercial terms effectively.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel daily to visit sub-agents across the region.
What We Offer
• Competitive fixed monthly salary tailored to industry experience.
• Strong, uncapped performance bonus/incentive structure based on sub-agent volume.
• UAE residence visa, medical insurance, and annual flight ticket.
• Direct career growth opportunities within a globally recognized travel brand.
