This is a customer-service and coordination role, not a mechanic vacancy; no technical diagnosis over the phone is expected.</p><br><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Answer inbound customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally.</p><p>- Understand the customer's service requirement and collect accurate vehicle details and location information.</p><p>- Coordinate battery, tyre, jump-start and roadside-service enquiries.</p><p>- Explain approved service options and quotations clearly; convert genuine enquiries into confirmed bookings without pressure.</p><p>- Coordinate with dispatchers and technicians; give customers realistic updates rather than arrival times you cannot confirm.</p><p>- Follow up on pending quotations and bookings.</p><p>- Maintain accurate customer and job records in the system provided.</p><p>- Escalate complaints or technical questions to the right person.</p><p>- Provide a clear handover to the morning shift.</p><br><p>Schedule: Night-shift opening (overnight coverage).
