<p>The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. Our Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We are uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on TikTok's broad range of products to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Within GBS, the MENA Commerce team partners with the region's largest retail & e-commerce groups, online marketplaces, and fastest-growing digital-native brands. These span fashion, beauty, fragrance, fashion, sportswear, home, electronics, and grocery. We operate as an extension of our clients' growth teams, making TikTok a core driver of their business from brand building through to conversion and commerce. Responsibilities:
- Own the revenue targets for your book of business within the Commerce pod, with accountability for quarterly attainment, year-over-year growth, and share of wallet expansion across every client group.
- Build and run annual and quarterly account plans that map growth levers by brand, market, funnel stage, and product, and reset them proactively as accounts mature. This will require in-market presence in KSA ideally twice per month.
- Structure and negotiate joint business plans and commercial deals, investment commitments, and incentive programs, backed by a clear ROI case and tracked against agreed outcomes.

<li>Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects within the operations domain, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.</li>

<li>Analyze and Identify lanes, market information, segmentations, and opportunities to develop as well as sharing the output with the management.</li>
<li>Answer internal and external customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.</li>
<li>Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain current customer records; track the status of orders and deliveries; and generate reports and statistics for Monthly/Quarterly reviews</li>
<li>Be able to acknowledge and understand company capabilities and identify improvement areas where needed.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate invoicing is done on a timely and Invoices are submitted to the customer with relevant backups.</li>

<li>3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, order processing, in a multi-national Project logistics forwarder or similar. MENA region experience is preferable.</li>
<li>Industry Expertise in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPCs, in the MENA regions.</li>
<li>Excellent Office skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li>

<p>Our Store Manager is responsible for driving the store business. They work towards achieving the store sales’ target, build a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them, manage the team and ensure full adherence to the brand’s guidelines and store processes.</p>
