It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.<br><br><strong>About The Position<br><br></strong>Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director - Marketing Intelligence to join the resort’s Database Marketing team.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:<br><br><ul><li> Build and maintain the core reporting suite and dashboards for the gaming department </li><li> Develop performance dashboards tracking host productivity, profitability, and player engagement </li><li> Define, implement, and monitor gaming host KPIs — including ADT, trip frequency and recency, and reinvestment ratios </li><li> Deliver historical performance analysis and trend reporting to senior leadership and operations teams </li><li> Automate reporting workflows and enforce data accuracy standards across all outputs </li><li> Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and structured reporting outputs </li><li> Interpret data using advanced analytical techniques to deliver substantiated, actionable insights </li><li> Develop targeting logic and control groups to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, uplift, and incremental revenue </li><li> Leverage LLMs to accelerate insight generation and automate narrative reporting </li><li> Own the BI roadmap — collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities </li><li> Assess the effectiveness and quality of new data sources and data collection techniques </li><li> Design future-proof data processes that allow seamless model improvements without disrupting production </li><li> Manage and develop a technical team, setting clear goals and delivering against deadlines <br><br></li></ul><strong>About You<br><br></strong>The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:<br><br><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance). Master’s is a plus </li><li> Minimum 5+ years in gaming analytics (8+ years total experience preferred) </li><li> Strong SQL; proficiency in one or more BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
