<p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join a Dubai-based organisation on a 3-month contract assignment. This is a part-time position (4 days per week) offering the opportunity to support the business across a broad range of commercial and pharmaceutical legal matters.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic and commercially focused legal advice, lead the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, and advise on legal matters relating to the pharmaceutical sector. Key Responsibilities

This is a pivotal role as our sole Legal Counsel based in Dubai, supporting the firm’s regulated operations within the DIFC and ensuring the business remains compliant with all applicable DFSA and UAE legal requirements.
