Job Description:
• Lead all legal aspects of property acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, project financing, and off-plan developments, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiating SPAs, financing/security documents, and ensuring compliance with DLD, RERA, Oqood, and other regulatory requirements.

Daily interface with relevant internal teams, primarily Business Development, Proposals, and Finance. </li><li>Contract Management: Provide comprehensive legal support on contracts and project management. <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; a master's degree or post-graduate diploma in law, compliance, or business is an advantage.</p><p>Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in legal practice and in-hand experience in legal & compliance roles, preferably within corporate business.</p><p>Hands-on experience in handling legal documentation, company secretarial duties, and contract negotiation.</p><p>Experience advising on corporate law, commercial contracts, labor/employment matters, and regulatory compliance.</p><p>Must have a valid UAE driving license.</p></div>
