This role manages and safeguards the lifecycle of an account/order from initial client inquiry, design selection, and quotation, through to order acceptance, contract scheduling, and cross-functional handover.</p><p>Note: This position drives sales enablement, customer retention, and contract accuracy; it does not perform final site project execution.</p><br><p><strong>Section 2: Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li><p>Applications & Technical Proposal Management</p></li></ol><p>· Perform comprehensive technical reviews of client inquiries, ensuring strict conformance with engineering standards and establishing job-specific exceptions. Proposal to be prepared in strict compliance to the project enquiry.</p><p>· Conduct system selections, designs, and calculations to create accurate 2D/3D technical drawings (AutoCAD/Inventor) and data sheets.</p><p>· Oversee site surveys to measure, audit, and collect critical field data required to build robust technical proposals.</p><p>· Collaborate with global support groups and internal departments to evaluate risk, cost-efficiency, and system compatibility before bidding.</p><ol><li><p>Estimation, Costing & Commercial Strategy</p></li></ol><p>· Prepare precise cost estimates in conjunction with internal costing groups and negotiate quotes with equipment/component manufacturers and subcontractors.</p><p>· Compile and present comprehensive system calculations, technical specifications, tender documents, and commercial proposals for clients.</p><p>· Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and supplier alternatives to suggest cost-reduction strategies or material changes that maximize project profitability.</p><ol><li><p>Sales-Oriented Project Management & Account Support</p></li></ol><p>· Manage the pre-execution timeline of incoming orders, acting as the primary technical point of contact to launch, schedule, and close out milestones safely within estimated budgets.</p><p>· Facilitate seamless internal handovers of finalized orders to the Project Execution and Operations teams, providing clear documentation on approved scopes of work.</p><p>· Pre-emptively design and build internal tracking tools/sheets to manage inquiry queues and project data pipelines efficiently in alignment with company standards.</p><p>· Lead the project execution along with the operations team by developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.</p><p>· Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and the internal teams</p><ol><li><p>Client Relations & Stakeholder Alignment</p></li></ol><p>· Attend technical meetings with global, regional, and local customers to secure agreements on commercial terms, resolve complaints, and acknowledge final orders.</p><p>· Maintain an active teamwork philosophy across cross-functional departments (Supply Chain, Engineering, and Field Sales) to ensure superior customer service and minimal technical friction.</p><p><strong>Section 3: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</strong></p><p>· On-Time Submissions: 100% adherence to deadlines for quotation delivery and technical support requests.</p><p>· Risk Mitigation: Zero warranty claims or post-order margin erosion resulting from technical oversight or incorrect application design.</p><p>· Process Efficiency: Timely conversion and structural handover of validated client orders over to the execution team.</p><p><strong>Section 4: Role Specifications & Requirements</strong></p><p>Technical Requirements</p><p>· Engineering Software: High proficiency in Autodesk Product Design Suite (AutoCAD, Inventor, 2D/3D modeling).</p><p>· Business & Productivity Tools: Confident capability in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.</p><p>· CRM Systems: Active working knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.</p><p>Knowledge & Experience</p><p>· Professional Experience: 3–8 years of experience within a technical, applications, or engineering-support role (experience within the air intake filtration or large equipment HVAC industries preferred).</p><p>· Customer & Solution Mindset: Proven track record of handling high-stakes client communications and resolving complex problems quickly under tight deadlines.</p><p>· Business Footprint: Awareness of handling regional business scopes (typically ranging from $6M to $10M).</p><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Education & Licenses
