Our client has built an excellent reputation for delivering large-scale projects across the UAE, with a portfolio spanning high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.<br>Due to continued project awards and business growth, they are looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with an Estimating Manager who can lead the estimating function, develop competitive commercial strategies, and play a key role in securing future projects.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and submission of accurate and competitive tenders for major construction projects. Manage the estimating team throughout the tender process. Review tender documentation, specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
