Job Description: Site Manager Department: Construction / Site Operations Location: Dubai Salary: 30 K AED
About the Role The Site Superintendent is the full-time, on-the-ground authority over daily construction execution — physically present on site every working day, directing the sequence of works, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and resolving problems in real time before they cause delays or defects. This role reports directly to the CEO, providing an on-site presence and daily execution reporting independent of the existing site supervision structure.
Requirements & Qualifications Education● Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; extensive hands-on site experience may substitute for formal qualification.
