استشاري إداري نوع الوظيفة: متعاقد الموقع: عن بُعد - الولايات المتحدة نبذة عن الوظيفة نحن نبحث عن استشاريين إداريين ذوي خبرة لدعم مشروع يركز على الذكاء الاصطناعي. ستوظف خبرتك الاستشارية لإنشاء ومراجعة وتقييم التحليلات الاستراتيجية، والعروض التقديمية التنفيذية، والمخرجات الجاهزة للعملاء. لا يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة في الذكاء الاصطناعي. المسؤوليات الرئيسية تطوير تحليلات الحالات بأسلوب استشاري، ومراسلات العملاء، والعروض التقديمية التنفيذية. إنشاء عروض تقديمية جاهزة للعملاء، وملخصات تنفيذية، ومذكرات استراتيجية، وتوصيات. تطوير مخرجات مرجعية عالية الجودة تتماشى مع أفضل ممارسات الاستشارات. تقييم المحتوى الناتج عن الذكاء الاصطناعي من حيث الهيكلية، والوضوح، والمنطق، والرؤى القابلة للتنفيذ. تطوير معايير لتقييم المخرجات الاستشارية وجودة التواصل. تحديد المشكلات الشائعة مثل ضعف الهيكل، والرسائل غير الواضحة، والتفاصيل المفرطة. التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع لتحسين المخرجات والمتطلبات. المؤهلات المطلوبة خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في شركة استشارات من الدرجة الأولى مثل ماكينزي، أو باين، أو بي سي جي، أو ما يعادلها. خبرة قوية في إنشاء عروض تقديمية جاهزة للتنفيذيين وتوصيات استراتيجية. خبرة في أطر حل المشكلات المهيكلة مثل مبدأ MECE، ومبدأ الهرم، وأشجار القضايا. مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة. مهارات قوية في الكتابة التنفيذية والعروض التقديمية. اهتمام استثنائي بالتفاصيل وتفكير مهيكل. القدرة على تقييم العمل الاستشاري وتقديم ملاحظات قابلة للتنفيذ. المؤهلات المفضلة يفضل الحصول على ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو درجة الماجستير. خبرة في تطوير معايير التقييم أو مراجعة المخرجات الاستشارية. كفاءة عالية في التواصل التنفيذي وتطوير العروض التقديمية.
