Job Description<br><br>Job Overview:<br><br>The Principal Operations Engineer is responsible for interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending best practices. They will be tasked with solving complex Operations-related problems and will work independently with minimal guidance. The Principal Operations Engineer may be responsible for leading functional teams or projects and are regarded as a specialist in the field of Operations. � Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
� 12–15 years of total experience, including a minimum of 6–8 years in UAE Oil & Gas projects.
� Proven experience in Instrumentation estimation, tendering, bid preparation, and cost estimation for EPC projects.
� Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, field instruments, control systems, PLC, DCS, ESD, SCADA, and associated EPC project requirements.
� Experience preparing MTOs, quantity take-offs, technical evaluations, and commercial bid submissions.
� Strong understanding of subcontractor and vendor management processes.
� Experience with ADNOC projects, standards, and tender requirements is highly preferred.
