In this role, you will manage the complete proposal process, from reviewing tender documents to submitting winning technical and commercial proposals. You will work closely with engineering, procurement, sales, project teams, and senior management to deliver high-quality bids that support business growth. Mentor and guide proposal engineers and support team members.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in proposal engineering and tender management. At least 5 years of experience leading proposal teams. Strong experience in EPC projects for water and wastewater treatment. Hands-on experience with technologies such as UF, RO, SWRO, ZLD, STP, ETP, DM, MBR, and MBBR. Good understanding of process engineering, equipment selection, costing, and budgeting. Experience with Middle East standards and project requirements. Good knowledge of proposal software, Auto CAD, and MS Office. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
