<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><br><ul><li><p>Lead <strong>new product development (NPD)</strong> initiatives for DX and Unitary HVAC systems</p></li><li><p>Design, develop, and optimize HVAC products to meet technical, performance, and market requirements</p></li><li><p>Ensure all designs comply with <strong>ESMA (UAE), SASO (KSA), ESTIDAMA</strong>, and relevant <strong>international standards</strong></p></li><li><p>Support and manage <strong>AHRI and Eurovent certification</strong> requirements, testing, and documentation</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with <strong>R&amp;D, production, procurement, quality, and testing teams</strong> to bring innovative HVAC products to market</p></li><li><p>Review vendor submittals, technical data, and component selections</p></li><li><p>Support prototype testing, performance validation, energy efficiency evaluation, and product certification processes</p></li><li><p>Lead value engineering, cost optimization, and continuous product improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date with HVAC technologies, regulatory updates, and certification requirements in the Gulf region</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Mechanical Engineering</strong> or a related discipline</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> in HVAC product design and development, specifically with <strong>DX and Unitary systems</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of the <strong>new product development lifecycle</strong></p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience or solid working knowledge of <strong>AHRI and Eurovent certification processes</strong></p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of <strong>ESMA, ESTIDAMA, and SASO</strong> standards</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills</p></li><li><p>Experience working in the <strong>UAE or wider Gulf region</strong> is highly preferred</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
