<h4>About the role</h4>
<p>The People and Culture Coordinator will be the face of the People and Culture Office, providing support and administrative proficiency to the team in an efficient, courteous and professional manner while also assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the department.</p>
<h4>What you will do:</h4>
<p><strong>Main duties/description:</strong></p>

<li>The ability to answer telephones and take messages for the People and Culture department adhering to Four Seasons standards.</li>
<li>The ability to be proficient in typing skills so any correspondence (proposals, contracts, form letters, internal forms, etc.) on a computer can be performed as needed.</li>
<li>The ability to proofread all correspondence prior to being given to manager for signature.</li>
<li>The ability to learn new methods of using the computer and assisting other personnel in its upkeep and maintenance.</li>
<li>The ability to process all mass correspondence and special mailings.</li>
<li>The ability to maintain reader file for assigned managers. At the end of the month complete reader files should go to the Director of People and Culture for review, then be placed in permanent monthly reader file.</li>

<li>The ability to ensure that all information regarding each employee is sent to the proper department on schedule in order to facilitate the proper handling of the staff.</li>

<li>Report all OSH incidents, near misses, dangerous occurrences, unsafe act & conditions.</li>
<li>Report all hazards & engage in communication & consultation activities.</li>
<li>Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided (e.g. plant & machineries, PPE, etc.) at the workplace in the interest of health, safety and welfare.</li>
<li>Participate in conduct of OSH related planning and implementation in order to achieve the hotel’s OSH objectives, targets & program.</li>
<li>Handling, storage & disposal of hazardous materials as per MSDS.</li>
<li>Attend OSH training, safety induction, on the job training, daily tool box talks, etc.</li>

external counsel.<br> It will also support the Group’s entity consolidation and rationalization initiatives, including liquidation and strike-off of redundant entities.<br> Additionally, the role will assist with commercial contracts, corporate documents, and day-to-day legal advice under the guidance of Legal leadership.<br> Responsibilities: Board, Shareholder & Corporate Approvals Draft, coordinate, circulate and maintain Board resolutions, written resolutions, meeting minutes and related corporate approvals.<br> Draft and coordinate shareholder resolutions, general assembly up-to-date statutory and corporate records for each Group entity.<br> Maintain registers of shareholders, directors, managers, authorized signatories and beneficial owners, as applicable.<br> Maintain constitutional documents, commercial registrations, licenses, certificates, corporate approvals and statutory filings.<br> Maintain a central, organized and audit-ready corporate repository for all Group entities.<br> Ensure executed documents are properly recorded, retained and readily available for regulatory, audit, banking, tender and transaction requirements.<br> Prepare and coordinate economic substance notifications and returns, and beneficial ownership filings (including UBO registers and BVI beneficial ownership filings) for onshore and offshore entities, and liaise with <p>Our client is seeking a commercially minded <strong>Director of Finance, Performance & Transformation</strong> to lead the Finance & Accounting function and build the governance, financial insight, systems and infrastructure required to support the organisation's next phase of international growth.</p><br>

Coordinate input and approvals from internal stakeholders on the solutions.</span><br><span>• Risk – Exposure to credit analysis and BCA writing of complex clients. Experience of executing multi geography transactions with understanding of legal and regulatory implications will be beneficial.</span><br><span>• Exposure to ECA, Insurance, Syndications, risk participation and True sale will be beneficial.</span><br><span>• CCC certified.</span></p><br><br> <br><p><span><strong>Skills</strong></span><br><span>• Ability to assist transactors identify client needs and create solutions to generate new to bank business.</span><br><span>• Providing inputs on transaction structuring, whilst conforming to the Bank’s policies and client’s objectives.</span><br><span>• Ability to assist transactors cultivate a network of relationships in the client with key influencers and senior decision makers to identify and win deals.</span><br><span>• Ability to assist transactors probe the commercial implications of client‘s needs and provide solutions and advice that positively impact the client’s operational and financial performance.</span><br><span>• Strategic: ability to have an independent view on transactions, and willingness to challenge transactors.</span><br><span>• Analytical: ability to search for reasons and causes behind events and decisions and be able to brainstorm on all the factors that might affect a situation. Ability to understand, and communicate industry and business risks and find solutions that fit within acceptable risk levels.</span><br><span>• Effective communication skills: Well-developed written and spoken communication skills to promote SCB capabilities within the SCB Group and externally and ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders.</span><br><span>• Diligence – Help ensure deals are closed efficiently, fees booked within committed timelines and budgets are met.</span></p><br><br>
