At the forefront of the global work revolution, you'll tackle complex challenges that impact millions of people's working lives. With our momentum—backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work.

About The Role

AI assistants are no longer a feature at Deel — they're becoming the primary way both our customers and our own teams get work done. When a company hires, pays, and manages talent across 100+ countries, the complexity is enormous. Agentic AI is how we make that complexity disappear: assistants that answer compliance questions, draft contracts, resolve support tickets, and take action on a user's behalf — for thousands of customers and the internal teams who serve them.

We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own and drive Deel's AI assistants across both internal-facing (employee and agent productivity) and external-facing (customer) surfaces. You'll lead an ambitious team of engineers, designers, and data scientists building products on the frontier of what LLMs can do — and you'll do it in a space that's changing weekly. This role is for someone who builds, ships, measures, and pivots fast.

What You'll Do

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Deel's agentic AI assistants — spanning both internal tools (for employees and support agents) and customer-facing experiences. Be hands-on with the technology: prototype with LLM APIs, design tool-calling and agent workflows, write and run evals, and dig into traces and failure modes yourself rather than handing it all off. Define what "good" looks like and build the evaluation systems to measure it — accuracy, latency, cost, safety, and task-completion rates — and use them to drive iteration. Drive a team of ambitious engineers, designers, and data scientists, setting direction and maintaining momentum without turning the team into a process-heavy machine. Stay at the frontier — continuously absorb new model capabilities, SDKs, and techniques (new model releases, agent frameworks, retrieval methods) and translate them into product bets ahead of the curve. Move fast and pivot fast — ship MVPs, learn from real usage, and kill or redirect work decisively when the data or the technology shifts. Partner deeply with engineering, design, data science, support, legal, and GTM teams to ship both robust backend agent systems and polished frontend experiences. Balance internal efficiency (agent and employee productivity) with external delight (customer-facing assistants), ensuring quality on both.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You

Have 6+ years of product management experience, with significant time(2+ years) owning AI-powered or technically complex products end to end. Have hands-on experience building AI assistants or agents — not just specifying them — including direct work with LLM APIs. Have built on Open AI APIs (Chat Completions, Responses) and/or the Anthropic / Claude Agent SDK, or comparable agentic tooling. This is a strong plus. Understand evals deeply — how to design them, what to measure, and how to use them to drive product quality and model selection. Understand LLM capabilities and limitations: prompting, tool use / function calling, RAG and retrieval, latency/cost tradeoffs, and where models fail. Are relentlessly curious and always learning — you keep up with a field that moves weekly and treat that pace as energizing, not exhausting. Are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration — you'd rather ship, measure, and adjust than wait for a perfect plan. Can drive an ambitious cross-functional team, turning chaos into clarity and keeping execution sharp through lightweight agile practices. Are an excellent communicator — clear, persuasive, and able to align engineers, designers, data scientists, and stakeholders around a shared bet. Care deeply about quality — from the precision of an agent's output to the polish of the frontend UX.

Bonus If You

Have shipped agentic products to production at scale (multi-step tool use, autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows). Have a technical background — you can read code, use claude code(or similar tools), run a prototype, and reason about system architecture with engineers. Have worked in global HR, payroll, compliance, or Saa S with structured, fast-changing domain knowledge. Have experience grounding AI products in proprietary knowledge bases or retrieval systems. Have partnered with support, content, or ops teams to deploy AI at scale.

Why This Role Matters

This is a high-visibility, high-leverage position at the center of Deel's AI strategy. The assistants you build will:

Define how every Deel customer and employee experiences the product. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About The Team

This role sits on the global expansion team, bringing Stripe to new markets. We orchestrate market entry end-to-end in new countries across Stripe's entire product suite. We are a small, high-leverage team that turns Stripe's global platform into a locally excellent product, and then works side-by-side with GTM and cross-functional teams to drive it to scale. Success in a region means more than launching. It entails developing a deep understanding of local market needs and finding true product-market fit – building durable, growing businesses in each market we enter.

What you'll do

We're looking for a Product Lead to own Stripe's product strategy and growth across the Middle East and Africa. You'll set the vision for how Stripe wins in the region and then make it real—turning ambiguous, high-stakes questions into a clear, sequenced roadmap that leaders inside and outside Stripe can rally behind.

This role rewards strong leadership instincts and willingness to get your hands dirty. You'll drive complex, cross-functional decisions—how Stripe enters and scales in each market, and where to invest—aligning internal and external leaders around a shared, ambitious vision. You'll be equally focused on building the right product and on driving it to success: establishing product-market fit, and partnering deeply with go-to-market and marketing teams to accelerate adoption and growth. You'll work hand-in-hand with Stripe's Risk, Cards, Terminal, Partnerships, Legal, and Compliance teams, and with external partners across the region.

Responsibilities

Own the long-term product vision and growth strategy for the Middle East and Africa, and build and execute a compelling, sequenced roadmap across the region's priority markets. Drive markets to success by establishing strong product-market fit, then partnering closely with go-to-market and marketing teams to accelerate adoption, distribution, and growth. Bring strong leadership instincts to complex, high-stakes decisions—how Stripe enters and scales in each market—aligning internal and external leaders around a shared vision. Define Stripe's market-entry approach by navigate the region's regulatory and licensing landscape in close partnership with internal teams and external partners. Deeply understand the needs of businesses and consumers across the region by spending time with users and by observing patterns across their feedback and the market. Partner with product marketing and go-to-market teams to turn your roadmap into compelling, actionable narratives that drive awareness and adoption. Become Stripe's internal subject-matter expert on Middle East and Africa payments—the ecosystem, competitive landscape, and local payment behavior—and use that expertise to influence Stripe's global roadmap.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. The work spans three clear areas: enhancing our learning and development capability, supporting strategic business planning through talent and capability assessment, and protecting the Big Ticket culture through meaningful engagement.

Overall Responsibilities

Build and enhance Big Ticket’s learning and development capability to directly support business transformation, ensuring the function is seen as a strategic enabler, not a support service. Design and manage a blended learning offer across online, offline, and professional qualification routes, creating structured learning paths that give people a clear line of sight to their development. Define career paths across the organisation so employees understand what growth looks like at Big Ticket and what they need to do to get there. Build development plans that are linked to capability requirements, succession planning, and future workforce needs, making sure we are developing people for where the business is going, not just where it is today. Design and deliver an executive leadership development track for senior leaders, alongside a separate management development programme for new and experienced managers. Launch and manage mentorship and coaching programmes that support development at all levels, creating a culture where learning from each other is the norm. Create and deliver soft skills workshops covering communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and other areas that help people succeed in their roles. Lead the rollout of the Learning Management System (LMS), from platform selection through to go-live, adoption, and ongoing engagement, making sure it becomes a tool people actually use. Explore and introduce digital learning tools, e-learning content, and learning analytics to make development accessible, scalable, and measurable. Bring in international best practices and adapt them to fit Big Ticket’s culture and operating environment. Support strategic HR and business planning processes by conducting capability assessments that identify where the organisation’s strengths and gaps sit. Own the succession planning process, including identification, pipelining, and readiness assessment, ensuring the business has the right talent in place for critical roles. Design structured learning needs analyses and solutions that are directly linked to business transformation projects and expansion plans. Act as a business partner and internal consultant, working closely with leaders across the organisation to diagnose capability gaps and recommend tailored solutions. Play a central role in maintaining and protecting the Big Ticket culture through engagement, with a focus on people management and personal development. Own and shape the employee engagement survey approach, with direct influence over how it is set up, rolled out, and acted upon, particularly in areas linked to L&D and manager effectiveness. Design and deliver the full onboarding journey, from a new joiner’s first day through to probation confirmation and objective setting, making sure people feel confident, connected, and clear on what’s expected. Support the Performance Management process by linking learning initiatives to performance goals, capability building, and development outcomes. Introduce engaging initiatives like lunch-and-learns, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team-building activities that keep learning visible and part of everyday life at Big Ticket.

Skills Required

Strong consulting and business partnering skills. You know how to build trust, influence stakeholders, and work effectively at every level of the organisation. Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools, including selecting, implementing, and driving adoption. A strategic thinker who can also get into the detail. You’re comfortable moving between long-term planning and day-to-day delivery. Proven ability to build programmes from scratch, as well as improve and scale existing ones. Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, and how L&D connects to both. Experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes, management training, and coaching or mentoring frameworks. Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once without things falling through the cracks. Experience with employee engagement measurement, survey design, and turning insight into action. International exposure or experience working in multicultural environments is a strong advantage. Executive Coaching certification or experience is a plus, but not essential.

Qualifications Required

A degree in HR, Business, Training and Development, Organisational Development, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as CIPD would be a bonus. Extensive experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Development. A track record of designing and delivering impactful learning and talent programmes in a corporate environment, ideally during a period of growth or transformation.
