Role Overview/Purpose<br><br>The Lead – Business Operations, Global Oncology will play a critical role in driving launch excellence and early access strategies across small to mid-sized markets where Glenmark Oncology does not have dedicated in-country oncology leadership.<br><br>This role will act as a strategic and operational partner to the Head of Global Commercial Oncology, ensuring organizational readiness, optimal resource allocation, and execution of commercial infrastructure (including CRM and analytics). The incumbent will also serve as support to the Global Head in governance, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment.<br><br>Overall Job Responsibilities<br><br> Launch Excellence & Early Access Strategy Lead the development and execution of launch strategies for oncology assets in small-to-mid-sized markets. Design scalable, repeatable “go-to-market” models tailored for distributor-led or hybrid markets.
