The role requires strong vendor and partner management skills, ensuring seamless collaboration between multiple stakeholders, service providers, and customers.<br><br>This position is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who can manage complex projects across technical, business, and vendor ecosystems, ensuring delivery excellence.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects. Manage vendor and partners: Partner evaluations, oversee contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and escalation paths. Drive adoption of AI, cloud services, data governance, and analytics solutions. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards. Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and sign-off checkpoints with stakeholders. Hands-on experience with IT project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent certification (preferred).
