Clean the dishwashing machine, including removing trash and spraying the inside of the machine, cleaning and unclogging the spray arms and jets, cleaning the outer surfaces of the machine and troubleshoot dishwasher malfunctions as required. Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 2-compartment sink at the appropriate levels to clean dishes, ensuring the sanitizer levels are between 200 and 400 parts per million and that the water temperature is sufficiently hot. Ensure water temperature, and chemical levels are appropriate to run the dishwashing machine, and complete proper documentation. Rack dirty items (silverware, plate ware, etc.). Sort silverware with eating surfaces facing up into separate cylinders and wash/re-wash. Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing. Spray all racked items with hot water to loosen and remove food residue. Breakdown dirty bus tubs.<br><br>Maintenance, Sanitation, and Cleaning Activities<br><br>Follow and ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures and pest control guidelines, reporting pest control issues to appropriate personnel. Empty trashcans, ensuring each can is clean, relined, and covered, and maintain dumpster area. Wash and disinfect kitchen and linen store room areas, tools, utensils and equipment. The successful candidate will own the digital sales number.<br>Role Purpose To lead the group's digital marketing and e-commerce agenda, translating marketing investment into measurable online sales, and directing a small in-house team across social media, analytics and brand communication.<br>Key Responsibilities Online Sales & E-Commerce Own the digital sales target, driving revenue through the group's e-commerce channels and online marketplaces Manage the end-to-end online customer journey, from acquisition through to conversion and repeat purchase Optimise product listings, promotional calendars, pricing visibility and checkout performance to lift conversion rates<br>Performance Marketing & ROIPlan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Linked In and other relevant channels Manage the digital marketing budget against clearly defined return-on-investment targets Improve campaign efficiency, reduce customer acquisition cost, lift conversion rates and deliver against ROI and ROAS targets Generate qualified leads, drive online sales, build brand awareness and contribute directly to revenue growth Benchmark campaign performance and cost metrics against industry standards, and build revenue projections and forecasts to support commercial planning<br>Analytics & Reporting Track, analyse and report on campaign, channel and funnel performance using Google Analytics and platform-native tools Translate data into actionable recommendations for management, with clear commentary on what is working and what is not Maintain dashboards covering spend, acquisition cost, conversion and contribution to revenue<br>Branding & Communication Ensure consistent brand positioning, tone and visual identity across all digital touchpoints Oversee content strategy across social media, website and campaign assets Manage external agencies, creative partners and media vendors where engaged<br>Team Direction Provide direction and day-to-day guidance to a small in-house team covering social media, analytics and marketing execution Set priorities, review output quality and build capability within the team<br>Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable ownership of online sales or revenue targets Proven, hands-on track record developing, executing and optimising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Linked In and other relevant platforms Hands-on experience managing advertising budgets, with evidence of improved efficiency, reduced customer acquisition cost, higher conversion rates and strong ROI and ROASStrong analytical ability, comfortable working with performance data, ROI models and revenue projections Experience reporting return on spend to senior management
