This is a senior engineering leadership role with responsibility for building the battery and energy storage capability from the ground up and delivering battery hardware through qualification and testing. During the early phase of the programme, you will also remain technically hands on, acting as the pack architect and ensuring design decisions support the aircraft's performance, safety and certification objectives.
