You will work closely with customer application, infrastructure, operations, security, and service management teams to provide end-to-end monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, and operational visibility for business-critical services.<br>In this role, you will participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, go-live, and operational handover. You will also support pre-sales activities by conducting customer workshops, proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical demonstrations, and solution validation exercises to help position observability
