Review technical designs, code, and product proposals to identify risks, clarify requirements, and improve engineering outcomes. Use technical understanding and product judgment to make effective decisions around project execution, prioritization, and delivery.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>At least 2 years of engineering management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to build, improve, and lead engineering teams while supporting individual career development. Strong software engineering fundamentals and a technical background in either the Clojure ecosystem or Frontend technologies such as React and Type Script. Ability to fluently read and understand code and technical design documentation and participate meaningfully in technical discussions. Strong product sensibilities, with the ability to critically assess product proposals and design work, translate requirements into engineering solutions, and identify technical and delivery risks. Demonstrated ability to debug project execution and determine whether changes are needed across people, processes, scope, or implementation. Strong problem-decomposition skills, with an ability to break complex work into smaller, lower-risk increments and continuously adapt plans based on feedback and reality. Proven ability to make decisions that remove blockers and help teams consistently ship high-quality software. Strong coaching and mentoring skills, particularly in environments without rigid organizational structures, formal titles, or predefined career ladders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with particular strength in written communication for asynchronous collaboration. Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams and manage priorities with a high degree of autonomy. <h4>What you'll be doing</h4>
<p>Our beauty consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and to use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Our beauty consultant is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products and merchandising. Our consultant is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms of grooming.</p>

<li>Track post-launch sales at store level</li>
<li>Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand guidelines</li>

<p>Lead the delivery and mobilisation of a new office and manufacturing facility in Dubai, managing fit-out projects, contractor coordination, facilities operations, and capital investments from inception through to operational readiness. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the facilities are delivered safely, efficiently, and are fully prepared to support the organisation's long-term growth.

Description
Facilities & Capital Project Delivery
* Lead the delivery of new office and manufacturing facility projects from inception through to operational handover.
* Manage all phases of facility fit-out, refurbishment, infrastructure, and capital investment projects.
* Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and statutory authorities throughout project delivery.
* Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, procurement activities, and reporting to ensure delivery against agreed milestones.
* Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise programme and commercial impacts.
* Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with company standards, quality requirements, and local regulations.
Facilities Mobilisation & Operational Readiness
* Lead the transition of completed facilities into fully operational workplaces.
* Develop mobilisation plans covering facilities operations, maintenance, security, cleaning, workplace services, utilities, and business continuity.
* Coordinate commissioning, snagging, testing, and handover activities.
* Ensure operational readiness to support business growth, including planned manufacturing operations.
* Support future expansion planning as the business scales towards full production capacity.
Facilities & Asset Management
* Manage outsourced Facilities Management providers across Hard and Soft Services.
* Develop preventative maintenance strategies and oversee asset lifecycle planning.
* Monitor service delivery through KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate asset registers, maintenance records, and facilities documentation.
* Drive workplace optimisation and efficient space utilisation across the site.
Financial & Commercial Management
* Develop and manage annual facilities budgets and capital expenditure forecasts.
* Monitor project costs and operational expenditure, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.
* Manage procurement processes for facilities-related services and contracts.
* Review contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are achieved.
HSE Coordination & Compliance
* Support implementation of Group HSE policies throughout construction, mobilisation, and operational phases.
* Coordinate contractor HSE compliance, risk assessments, permits, and site safety activities.
* Ensure compliance with UAE statutory requirements and corporate HSE standards.
* Support emergency preparedness planning and operational readiness activities.
* Coordinate HSE reporting, audits, inspections, and KPI submissions.
* Promote a positive safety culture across contractors and employees in partnership with the Group HSE team.
Stakeholder Management
* Build strong working relationships with internal business leaders, project teams, and external stakeholders.
* Act as the primary facilities project interface between corporate functions, consultants, contractors, and service providers.
* Provide regular project updates, risk reporting, and progress presentations to senior leadership.
* Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards and business objectives.
