<p>The Accountant, Research Accounting, supports the Research Accounting Manager in the financial administration of research and executive education projects. The incumbent will work closely with staff across the University, including the Finance Office, Research Office, Research Centers, Colleges, and Principal Investigators (PIs), to ensure the accurate and timely management of research-related financial activities. The role also involves coordinating with external funding agencies, auditors, and other stakeholders, as required.</p><br>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><br>

<li>Process grant setup, grant extensions, and other system updates within the Oracle PPM module.</li>
<li>Ensure that invoices to external sponsors are prepared and processed accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Liaise with sponsors and external stakeholders regarding financial reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare and allocate indirect cost allocation (IDC) /overhead earned on projects.</li>
<li>Prepare the monthly payroll add-on schedule</li>
