<br><br>Principal Accountabilities <br><p>Development of the Functional Framework: Support the department project leaders in developing and maintaining the functional framework i.e., the set of OT and ICS processes, procedures, manuals, standards, guidelines, and templates required to effectively deliver functional objectives.<br>
Help in Implementing the OT ICS approved processes, procedures, manuals, standards, guidelines, and templates on assigned projects in line with the department and business team.<br>
Support the department leaders in the development, administration and maintaining of systems, tools, databases, documents, and libraries related to the function.<br>
Employ and ensure the utilisation of applicable implemented functional systems and tools on assigned projects. Ensure functional databases and libraries are regularly updated with actual project data from different assigned projects.<br>
Support the Principal Project Manager in the development and implementation of new tools, technologies, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of functional processes and performance.<br>
Provide inputs to the department leaders to enable benchmarking of functional processes and performance against peers and industry best practices related to OT/ICS in alignment with Cybersecurity.<br>

Support in managing the tender and technical clarification process, assimilating, reviewing, and finalising responses to clarifications internal or external.<br>
Integrate OT/ICS security considerations into project timeline and budget.<br>

Support the Project leaders in developing periodic project reports and team for site visit reports.<br>
Support the Projects Leaders in completing residual tasks after handover such as close- out of punch lists, final payments, etc. to enable project close-out.<br>
Participate in the post-implementation review of the project to validate project objectives, capture lessons learned, and close-out the project.<br>
Identify, review, analyse and validate lessons learned for assigned projects.<br>

<b>Job Purpose</b> <br><p><span><span>Monitors and evaluates all stages of maintenance, overhaul, modifications and inspections carried on the Airline’s fleet ensuring timely and accurate data recording and history maintaining in both Log books and the computerized fleet management system.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>Clears any disputes related to the technical records as necessary, all actions to be carried in accordance with Company’s adopted policies and procedures.</span></span></p><br><br><b>Key Result Responsibilities</b> <br><p>1.Monitors the airline’s computerized fleet management system ensuring it is timely and accurately updated with all maintenance schedules, component replacements, modifications, and data of maintenance activities transferred from Electronic Tech Log and Engineering Orders to maintain consistency and history recording.<br>2.Ensures all the records pertaining to the completion of maintenance activities received from the (Line, Base and Workshop) are timely recorded and maintained for each aircraft in both logbooks and computerized system.<br>3.Perform Aircraft, Engine, APU and Landing Gear build and tree receiving.<br>4.Update Navigation database based on AIRAC Cycle for the fleet and simulator.<br>5.Coordinating and following up on technical queries from engineering, stores and maintenance.<br>6.Reviews and prepares aircraft records for aircraft re-deliveries and provide support during aircraft lease.<br>7.Report all accomplished Service Bulletins to Airbus and OEM’s as required.<br>8.Updates Engine and APU (Auxiliary Power Units) maintenance, replacement, and shop visits entries into the system duly and updates the logbook and system with corresponding reports into the system.<br>9.Provides the Finance department, Quality Assurance, Planning and Lessors with Aircraft, Engine and APUs monthly utilization reports.<br>10.Partners with Quality Assurance to prepare all documents needed to facilitate the Civil Aviation Authority approval on issuing “ARC” – Airworthiness Review Certificates” for each aircraft in due time; certificates are issued individually in due time set for each aircraft; maintains updated records of all AD compliance documents and certificates issued<br>11.Provide the needful support to the Third Party Customers and Air Arabia Hubs.<br>12.Conducts necessary analysis to produce and share accurate reports with Management/ Engineering/Finance / Civil Aviation Authority and other parties based on nature/need and in accordance with adopted procedures ensuring security of information.
