Job Title: Planning Engineer - UAE National only Sector: Rail / Metro – Communications & Control Systems Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Department: Bid & Project Management Job Summary<br><br>The Planning Engineer is responsible for planning and scheduling activities for assigned bids, projects, or programs against an approved baseline (Performance Measurement Baseline – PMB).
