Update schedules weekly/monthly and analyze progress vs. plan. Identify variances, assess critical path impacts, and prepare planning reports and dashboards. Monitor engineering, procurement, and authority approvals against schedule needs. Maintain delay/change event registers and support Time Impact Analysis (TIA). Support Extension of Time (EOT) submissions with schedules and as‑built data. Coordinate closely with site teams, engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors. Review subcontractor schedules for alignment with the master plan.
