Plan, monitor, and control the resources and cost deployed for the project considering the budget, demand, productivity, historical trend, forecast requirements, & priorities. Claim management- Issue timely delay notifications and analyse, develop, and review the delay analysis (EOT) with time and cost impact. Submit interim and detailed claims as per contract requirement. Highlight the critical risks/ issues/ opportunities associated with the project.<br><br> Candidate Requirements<br><br> Academic qualification - bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management. 7 years of relevant experience in in an interior fit-out / Main contracting company. Strong proficiency in use of software - Primavera and Microsoft project and excellent command on Microsoft applications. Solid understanding of CPM, WBS, and construction planning methodologies Confident client-facing professional with strong presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Attention to details & in-depth knowledge of construction process & methodology Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural environment. Successful track record of working on all types of projects. e.g. Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education etc. Strong technical and commercial abilities. A very good knowledge of latest developments in the fit-out market. The candidate should be well-versed with the current trends and news influencing market and be able to suggest ideas to boost the Company’s industry presence and build our brand Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational market environment.
