You are highly comfortable context-switching between a customer escalation, an engineering sync, and deep-dive data analysis. Autonomous decision-making: You are a natural problem-solver who can dig into complex issues, form a strong point of view, and make the right calls. You know exactly what is yours to decide and what requires escalation. Data-driven approach: You possess a strong analytical foundation. You can pull your own data, extract meaningful insights, and use them to drive product enhancements and prioritization. You are highly comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and core operational analytics. Precision communication: You write and speak with clarity and impact. You easily adapt your communication style depending on whether you are talking to engineers, PMs, customers, or leadership. About the role
We are supporting a major financial institution as they refine their operating model through increased automation. The RPA Support Specialist exists to ensure that these automated workflows remain functional, accurate, and aligned with the institution's strict governance standards. This role is a vital point of maintenance for the scripts and processes that allow our client to handle high volumes of data without manual intervention.

About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. We take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities in the region. We focus on clarity over complexity. Whether we are helping a holding company rationalize its portfolio or supporting a founder through a scaling transition, our goal is to provide honest, independent advice. We operate as a fully remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead or aggressive growth targets. If a project is not a fit for our expertise, we are direct about it. If it is, we stay involved until the decision is made and the results are delivered.

What you will do Monitor the daily performance of automated scripts for a major financial client to ensure consistency. Identify and document errors or logic breaks within Robotic Process Automation workflows as they occur. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and fix minor script failures during the business day. Maintain accurate records of bot activity to support the client's internal audit and governance requirements. Review data inputs and outputs to ensure that automation is producing the expected performance metrics. Draft and update technical documentation as the operating model for the client evolves. Support the firm's principals by gathering data on how automation affects overall portfolio clarity. Communicate technical issues in plain English to colleagues who may not have a technical background.

What we are looking for A logical mindset with a strong interest in how business processes are structured and improved. Basic familiarity with automation tools or software logic, often gained through university projects or personal study. Precision in written communication, with the ability to describe complex technical problems clearly. Comfort with repetitive monitoring tasks that require a high level of attention to detail. A preference for simple, effective solutions rather than over-engineered technical fixes. The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while staying connected to the team.

How we work
Our firm operates on a remote model, which allows us to focus entirely on the quality of our analysis rather than the logistics of a physical office. This structure requires high levels of personal accountability and a clear, written style of communication. We do not use layers of middle management. Instead, team members work directly with principals on specific mandates, gaining insight into how high level corporate decisions are made. Mentoring at Arabian Private Holdings is a practical process: you will learn by assisting with real world problems for significant holding companies. We value curiosity and the ability to form a view based on evidence. We expect every member of the team to contribute to the final result, ensuring that our clients receive the direct, honest advice we are known for.

What the role offers Competitive pay that is attractive for an entry level position in the technology and consulting sector. The flexibility of a permanent, fully remote role that values results over physical presence. Direct exposure to the operations of a major financial institution and regional holding companies. A professional environment that prioritizes logical rigor and clear communication over corporate jargon. Opportunities to develop a deep understanding of governance and operating model efficiency.
