<ul><li><p>Welcome and engage members, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive fitness environment.</p></li><li><p>Conduct gym orientations, fitness assessments, and InBody body composition analyses for new and existing members.</p></li><li><p>Design basic exercise programs tailored to members' fitness goals and provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.</p></li><li><p>Deliver complimentary induction sessions and promote personal training packages and other fitness services.</p></li><li><p>Build strong relationships with members to encourage participation, satisfaction, and retention.</p></li><li><p>Supervise the gym floor to ensure safe exercise practices, correct techniques when necessary, and enforce all gym rules and safety procedures.</p></li><li><p>Respond promptly and appropriately to accidents, emergencies, and first aid situations.</p></li><li><p>Inspect fitness equipment daily, report maintenance issues, ensure equipment is properly organized, and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of member assessments, personal training consultations, and follow-ups, and assist with monthly fitness reports.</p></li><li><p>Support fitness challenges, group activities, wellness events, and other initiatives that enhance the member experience.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Level 3 Personal Trainer (REPs UAE preferred)</p></li><li><p>CPR & First Aid Certified</p></li><li><p>Experience using InBody equipment preferred</p></li><li><p>Minimum 1 year of gym experience</p></li><li><p>Excellent customer service and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Physically fit and energetic.</p></li></ul>

<ol><li><p>Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Medical Nursing and/or Renal Nursing subjects.</p></li><li><p>Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and clinical teaching resources.</p></li><li><p>Supervise and guide students during clinical placements in medical and renal care settings.</p></li><li><p>Teach nursing concepts related to adult health, chronic diseases, renal disorders, dialysis care, and patient management.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate students through assignments, examinations, skills assessments, and clinical evaluations.</p></li><li><p>Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to nursing students.</p></li><li><p>Participate in curriculum development and quality improvement activities.</p></li><li><p>Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare standards, and evidence-based care.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with clinical partners and healthcare professionals to enhance student learning.</p></li><li><p>Participate in research, publications, and professional development activities when required.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Master’s degree in Nursing (Medical Nursing, Renal Nursing )</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with relevant clinical and teaching experience may be considered.</p></li><li><p>Valid nursing license/registration as required by the relevant authority.</p></li><li><p>Clinical experience in medical nursing, renal nursing, dialysis, or related areas.</p></li><li><p>Previous teaching or clinical instructor experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.</p></li></ol>
