The role ensures effective delivery of HR services while contributing to employee engagement and organizational success.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Recruitment & Onboarding<br><br>Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.<br><br>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.<br><br>Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions.<br><br>Prepare employment offers and employment contracts.<br><br>Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.<br><br>Maintain recruitment records and employee files.<br><br>Employee Relations<br><br>Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.<br><br>Support the resolution of employee grievances and workplace issues.<br><br>Promote positive employee relations and engagement initiatives.<br><br>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.<br><br>Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback trends.<br><br>HR Administration<br><br>Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.<br><br>Process employee lifecycle transactions, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and terminations.<br><br>Prepare HR letters and employment certificates.<br><br>Ensure employee files comply with legal and audit requirements.<br><br>Generate regular HR reports and workforce analytics.<br><br>Compensation & Benefits<br><br>Support payroll preparation by ensuring the accuracy of employee data.<br><br>Administer employee benefits, medical insurance, and leave management.<br><br>Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and leave balances.<br><br>Assist in salary reviews and annual compensation exercises.<br><br>Performance Management<br><br>Coordinate the performance appraisal process.<br><br>Track completion of performance reviews and development plans.<br><br>Support managers in implementing performance improvement initiatives.<br><br>Learning & Development<br><br>Identify training needs in collaboration with department managers.<br><br>Coordinate internal and external training programs.<br><br>Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness.<br><br>Support employee development and succession planning activities.<br><br>UAE Labour Law & Compliance<br><br>Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law and applicable regulations.<br><br>Support visa, work permit, and government-related HR processes.<br><br>Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.<br><br>Assist during internal and external audits.<br><br>HR Projects & Initiatives<br><br>Participate in HR policy development and implementation.<br><br>Support organizational development and change management initiatives.<br><br>Contribute to employee engagement, wellness, and culture programs.<br><br>Assist with HR system implementation and process improvements.<br><br><br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Education<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.<br><br>Experience<br><br>>5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the UAE.<br><br>Experience handling multiple HR disciplines in a generalist capacity.<br><br>Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment practices.<br><br>Professional Certifications (Preferred)<br><br>CIPD Level 3 or Level 5.<br><br>SHRM-CP or PHR.<br><br>Any recognized HR certification.<br><br><br><br>Additional Information<br><br>Required Competencies<br><br>Technical Skills<br><br>Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.<br><br>Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.<br><br>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).<br><br>HR reporting and data analysis skills.<br><br>Behavioral Competencies<br><br>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br><br>Customer-service orientation.<br><br>Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.<br><br>High level of confidentiality and professionalism.<br><br>Strong organizational and time-management skills.<br><br>Ability to work independently and collaboratively.<br><br>We offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
