We are looking for an experienced PCN Multi Technician to join our site-based team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out advanced NDT and inspection activities, including UT weld scanning, PMI, hardness testing and ferrite testing, while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with project and client requirements. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Tackles all mechanical equipment breakdowns and planned/preventive/predictive maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision within the given time constraint minimizing production downtime.Technically assesses the requirement of allocated jobs and selects the necessary tools and equipment to complete the work.Ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the safety procedures and plant operational requirements.Using the computerized maintenance system (SAP), orders the spare parts from warehouse and maintains records of all maintenance work completed.Monitors any repeated breakdown and recommends/completes proper modification to resolve the problem.Identifies and reports any abnormalities. <section>وصف الوظيفةالأدوار والمسؤوليات<div class="paragraph"><ul><li>أداء مجموعة واسعة من الواجبات المتعلقة بتركيب الآلات الميكانيكية وصيانتها وإصلاحها لضمان تشغيلها بكفاءة مع تقليل فترات التوقف بما يتوافق مع إرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة مع التركيز على التحسين المستمر. المسؤوليات الأساسية: <ul><li>يتعامل مع جميع أعطال المعدات الميكانيكية وأعمال الصيانة المخططة/الوقائية/التنبؤية بأقل قدر من التوجيه والإشراف ضمن القيود الزمنية المعطاة مع تقليل فترات توقف الإنتاج.</li><li>يقيّم تقنيًا متطلبات الوظائف الموكلة ويختار الأدوات والمعدات اللازمة لإتمام العمل.</li><li>يضمن أن جميع أعمال الصيانة تتم وفق إجراءات السلامة ومتطلبات تشغيل المصنع.</li><li>باستخدام نظام الصيانة المحوسب (SAP)، يطلب قطع الغيار من المستودع ويحافظ على سجلات جميع أعمال الصيانة المنجزة.<li>يراقب أي عطل متكرر ويوصي/يكمل التعديل المناسب لحل المشكلة.</li><li>يحدد ويبلغ عن أي شذوذ. يبدأ الإصلاحات/الاستبدالات/الاختبارات/جمع القطع البالية أو الفاشلة. يبلغ المشرف ويتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتجديد/استبدال القطع، مع ترك منطقة العمل نظيفة.</li><li>ينفذ أعمال متنوعة تتعلق باللحام والتصنيع.</li><li>يرشد الميكانيكيين المنضمين حديثاً ليزودهم بالمعرفة حول المصنع والمعدات اللازمة لأداء أعمال الصيانة.</li><li>يعمل باستمرار على تحسين الأداء في الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وأداء المصنع والمعدات من خلال المشاركة في جميع أنشطة BE مثل مخطط الاقتراحات، 5S، الإبلاغ عن المخاطر، TAMAHAL/PEER، إلخ.</li><li>يساعد الأقسام الأخرى في إصلاح وتشخيص المعدات.</li><li>يدخل البيانات في أنظمة إدارة الصيانة للأعمال وسجلات التعداد البشري.</li><li>يؤدي واجبات يومية/شيفت مع فريق من الفنيين/الحرفيين/المقاولين كما يعينها المشرف.</li><li>يؤدي جميع أعمال PM، وفحوصات التنفيذ والقوائم المرجعية يوميًا كما هو مطلوب وفق متطلبات التخطيط للصيانة.</li><li>يؤدي وظائف أخرى ذات صلة كما يحددها المشرف/الفني.</li></ul></li></ul></div></section><section>المرشح المطلوب<ul><li>المؤهلات الحدّية:<ul><li>دبلوم في المجال ذي الصلة</li><li>إكمال تدريب PEC للحِرَفيّات</li></ul>الخبرة الحدّية:<ul><li>3 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في صناعة ثقيلة بعد الدبلوم</li><li>لا خبرة مطلوبة بعد إكمال تدريب PEC</li></ul>المهارات:<ul><li>معرفة عملية جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية قراءةً وكتابةً</li><li>لابد أن يكون ملمًا بجميع أدوات الصيانة ولديه مهارات حاسوبية جيدة</li><li>Exposure to installation & troubleshooting</li><li>يجب أن يستطيع قراءة وفهم الرسومات/الكتيبات/التعليمات الهندسية</li></ul></li></ul></section>

We handle cabin retrofits, aircraft deliveries, and detailed inspection programs for Airbus A380, A350 and Boeing 777. Our team excels in timely, cost-effective solutions for A & C checks, engine change, and landing gear changes, along with unscheduled maintenance and pre-service checks. Responsible for performing maintenance tasks on Emirates and third-party aircraft and components in compliance with company procedures and regulations. The Aircraft Technician works as part of a team under the direction and guidance of a Licensed Aircraft Engineer within the relevant trade or cross-trade disciplines for which they are trained. In this role, you will: <ul><li>Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of aircraft, engines, and components and/or approved structural repairs in compliance with manufacturer procedures.</li><li>Ensure adherence to all safety procedures during fluid replenishment, aircraft refuelling, and aircraft systems charging or servicing as required.</li><li>Complete component replacements and other maintenance activities as directed by the immediate supervisor. This includes obtaining and interpreting the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), Component Maintenance Manual (CMM), Structural Repair Manual (SRM), or other OEM-approved documentation required to perform the task.</li><li>Support Licensed Aircraft Engineers and Approved/Licensed Technicians in troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications in accordance with job cards.
