Monitor the conduct of interviews and select the best candidates to fill positions according to the standards and conditions approved in the Human Resources Law and its executive regulations. Monitor the auditing of the initial list of candidates and submit it to the relevant department and the relevant appointment and selection committee to select the final list of candidates. Monitor the development of ideas for annual activities and recruitment fairs that attract competent human resources, and develop databases for this purpose in the federal entity's information system.
