Job Purpose The Inspector – Technical Services plays a critical on-site role by conducting property inspections, assessing unit conditions, and ensuring maintenance, safety, and handover standards are consistently met. This role supports smooth move-ins and move-outs, reduces operational risk, and ensures every property reflects Colliers’ commitment to quality, safety, and customer care.<br>Main Responsibilities Property Inspections & Reporting Conduct move-in, move-out, routine, and vacant unit inspections in line with approved standards.
