<h4>What you'll be doing</h4>
<p>Our Store Manager is responsible for driving the store business. They work towards achieving the store sales’ target, build a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them, manage the team and ensure full adherence to the brand’s guidelines and store processes.</p>

<li>Use the clienteling approach and techniques with a focus on VIPs, leveraging customer data to proactively cater to their needs and preferences, the brand’s ecommerce business including different activities, offerings, activations, etc.</li>
<li>Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers by providing them with an excellent experience and constantly networking with them.</li>

<p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures (SOPs) are followed and maintained in the store.</li>
<li>Ensure e-commerce orders are prepared and processed within the set SLAs in terms of time and quality and no fulfillment action is pending in the store.</li>
<li>Leverage available technology tools when available to support customer experience in and outside of store (Clienteling app, OMS, Whatsapp Business, etc.) and ensure the team is well versed with it or otherwise trained on it.</li>
<li>Ensure all operating standards are followed from stock replenishment to organising displays as per the brand’s VM guidelines.</li>
<li>Ensure a healthy floor coverage by analyzing historical traffic data and anticipating peak hours.</li>
<li>Ensure that all processes are compliant with legal, safety, security, retail store operations and HR guidelines, work closely with relevant teams to constantly improve them and escalate any issues or concerns for prompt action.</li>

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with a deep understanding of agency account management, using platforms such as Workamajig, CRM, Power BI and SAP to translate complex business and financial data into actionable insights for teams and senior leadership.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Expertise (not just proficient) with the agency’s software platforms:Global CRM business pipeline and contracted revenue tracking Workamajig for time tracking, project management and expense/time reconciliation Power BI reporting and dashboarding SAP accounting reports and project information Be comfortable with the data structure and platform organization in Workamajig to facilitate changes to capturing and decision making with the system data and API feeds to both Global CRM and SAP. Ability to write custom and ad hoc reports in Workamajig for internal customers in finance, account services, IT and legal. Ability to pull data into Power BI and create custom and ad hoc dashboards for account services. Recommend actions, improvements, strategy planning and solutions based on analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data. Identify errors and issues in systems, processes and data and facilitate problem solving and solutions. Develop training materials and be comfortable and confident in presenting to individuals and large groups. Ensure account services teams are providing complete, timely and accurate data for projects. Support Segment 1 Account Leads in weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with internal staff, project reviews, client meetings and contract negotiations. Present quarterly results, challenges and progress to the highest level of agency leadership. Identify, evaluate and assist teams with implementing best practices. Work across all functional areas (COEs) and departments including partnerships, experiential marketing, entertainment marketing, PR and communications, digital marketing, production, creative, finance, legal, IT, etc. Work closely with account services management to understand the business, clients, projects, scoping and contract requirements. Ability to drive and implement new and strategic initiatives across the agency is required – client team handbooks, organized shared working spaces, new processes, leadership initiatives (e.g. client mapping, roles & responsibilities, utilization and burn studies, etc.) Problem solving, ability to recommend creative / thinking outside of the box solutions, and strong change management skills at all levels of agency is required.
