Job Purpose: The Assistant Product Manager is required to assist in product planning and execution functions throughout the product lifecycle They are required to support sales and marketing initiatives by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of the Bank’s overall strategy and goals.<br>Tasks and Responsibilities: Support in designing, launching, and managing new and existing retail banking products. Merchandising & Customer Experience</p><p>Develop and maintain a compelling visual merchandising strategy specifically designed for small-footprint, high-traffic kiosk environments.</p><p>Optimize product placement, price communication, promotional displays, and product adjacencies to maximize conversion and basket size.</p><p>Ensure the right balance between fast-moving mobile accessories, premium products, impulse purchases, and emerging categories.</p><p>Partner with marketing and brand teams to execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and in-store activations.</p><p>Maintain a consistently high standard of customer engagement and service across all locations.</p><p>5. Inventory & Product Management</p><p>Partner closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Merchandising teams to maintain optimum inventory availability.</p><p>Ensure strong availability of high-demand and fast-moving products while controlling excess and obsolete inventory.</p><p>Establish appropriate stock cover, replenishment, assortment, and allocation strategies by kiosk.</p><p>Monitor inventory ageing, sell-through, stock variance, shrinkage, and inventory turnover.</p><p>Develop action plans to accelerate the sale of slow-moving and ageing inventory without unnecessarily eroding margins.</p><p>6.
