The roadmap ahead is bigger than anything we've shipped so far.

We're hiring a Principal Engineer to build. Not to manage — to build.

The bar:

⚡ AI-native, for real. AI is woven into how you design, build, review and ship — not a tool you're "exploring". You deliver in a week what most teams deliver in a month, without the quality dropping.

???? You ship. Idea to production, end to end, no committee required. Pace is your default setting.

???? You're great to work with. You raise the level of the people around you, share what you know, and pull for the team. Natural leadership is encouraged and rewarded — but there's no management layer here, just builders.

???? You build things you're proud of. You want to point at the product and say "I built that."

No stack requirements. We hire for how you think and what you deliver. The right person picks up whatever the problem needs.

What's in it for you: real ownership of a product that matters, a direct line to every decision, and the upside of creating genuine value — for the team and for yourself. This is a role for people who want to work, build, and deliver. If you're looking for a place to coast, this isn't it.

???? Dubai — remote initially, in person from 2027
