<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph">Should be an expert in implementing SAP B1 ERP modules- CRM; Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Production, Project Management; Add-on Modules.<br>Should have SAP Business One Product presentation experience.<br>Should be well versed in Crystal Reporting, Query reporting, Fixed Assets, Product Costing.<br>To understand the business process and responsible for gathering the functional specifications and prepare Business Blueprint, Test Plans and AS-IS documentations.<br>Meticulously identify customer requirements and map business process.<br>Reports creation using Crystal Reports and SQL queries. <br>Data Management, Data Validation and migrating the Master Data and Transactional Data using Data Transfer Workbench (DTW)<br>Integration testing with other systems<br>Training of Users<br>Responsible for successful implementation of SAP B1, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and training on SAP products to clients.<br>Analyze the current business processes, requirements and scenarios of the client, document the same and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client's needs<br>Designing, configuration and testing of the SAP modules to suit the client's requirements<br>Provide functional design documentation to the technical team for reports, Add-ons etc.,<br>Designing development of PLDs, master data management, opening balance updating using DTW<br>Provide support to client by investigating, analyzing, and solving the problems encountered</div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Minimum 3 Years of experience in SAP B1 ERP as Functional Consultant</p><p>End To End ERP Implementation Experience</p><p>Good communication &amp; presentation skills</p><p></p></section>

We are seeking a Senior SAP Delivery & Solutions Manager to lead end-to-end SAP program delivery while driving innovative, business-aligned solutions. This role combines strategic leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement, ensuring successful execution of complex SAP transformation initiatives across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership Lead large-scale SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA, ECC upgrades, greenfield/brownfield implementations). Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects. Establish and enforce delivery governance, PMO frameworks, and best practices. Solution Design & Architecture Oversee end-to-end SAP solution design aligned with business objectives. Provide guidance on SAP architecture, integrations, and cloud strategies (SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, etc.). Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executives. Lead workshops, solution discussions, and executive presentations. Drive business value realization and continuous client satisfaction. Team Leadership Manage and mentor cross-functional SAP teams (Functional, Technical, Basis, Integration). Build high-performing teams and foster a collaborative, delivery-focused culture. Support resource planning, capability development, and performance management. Pre-sales & Business Development Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and solutioning activities. Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding SAP engagements. Partner with sales teams to shape winning solutions. Key Requirements12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven track record in delivering complex SAP programs (S/4HANA preferred). Strong expertise across SAP functional domains (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration. Experience with SAP cloud offerings (RISE, BTP) is highly desirable. Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, integration, and digital transformation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (C-level exposure). PMP, SAP certifications, or equivalent are a plus. Preferred Skills Experience in government or large enterprise transformation programs. Exposure to Agile/Hybrid delivery models. Strong commercial acumen with budget and P&L awareness.
