The Public Relations Manager for Yas Theme Parks & Attractions will support the Head of Public Relations in developing and executing PR strategies for Yas Island theme parks and attractions. Establish and monitor accommodation standards covering room allocation, occupancy, hygiene, housekeeping, catering interfaces, security, pest control, waste management, utilities, preventive maintenance and common-area facilities. Oversee accommodation capacity and occupancy planning, including allocations, transfers, check-in/check-out, room and bed-space records, and coordination with recruitment, mobilization and project teams. Conduct regular inspections and welfare visits with HSE, Facilities and relevant stakeholders; document findings, assign corrective actions and follow through to closure. Ensure compliance with applicable UAE and local authority requirements, civil defence and HSE standards, company policies, accommodation rules and emergency preparedness requirements. Manage accommodation supervisors, support teams and service providers; set service levels, monitor performance and address service gaps promptly. Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, cleaning, security and other support services, ensuring issues are prioritised, tracked and resolved within agreed timelines. Support accommodation budgets, purchase requirements, utility and operating-cost monitoring, invoice validation and cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising welfare or compliance. Position Overview:The Professional Head – Rolling Stock, Freight Facilities & Facilities Asset Manager leads the strategic asset management of rolling stock, freight terminals, depots and operational facilities, ensuring optimum lifecycle performance, reliability, availability and whole-life value across all operational assets. Acting as the Technical Authority for operational asset management, the role establishes asset strategies, lifecycle plans, performance frameworks and investment planning for the locomotive and wagon fleets, terminal handling equipment, depots, buildings and operational facilities at locations including Sohar Port and Al Buraimi. Job Purpose Lead the overall planning, execution, control, and handover of assigned projects, including project scheduling, resource planning, cost management, engineering coordination, procurement monitoring, construction execution, stakeholder coordination, and close-out, while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, QHSE standards, and client satisfaction.<br>Job Duties Project Management Activities Build and maintain a solid and positive relationship with the client and project stakeholders; promptly resolve occurring issues, secure alignment with various parties, and maintain efficient communication to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Manage project communication with consultants, clients, subcontractors, vendors, interface contractors, and authorities, securing contract requirements and protecting the Company’s rights and interests accordingly. Stay abreast of new governmental rules, regulations, and restrictions, and always ensure compliance.
