Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Director of the World’s First Real-Time Sales Reality Show — Dubai, UAE
The Role in One Sentence
You will build and run a live, unscripted, daily content machine that turns 160 real sales agents into the most-watched business story in the Middle East — and in doing so, become the architect of the most innovative B2B marketing strategy in the GCC.
Who We Are
We are a fast-growing B2B company based in Dubai with a sales operation of 160 agents across 8 teams. We are not disclosing the company name at this stage of the hiring process — full details will be shared with shortlisted candidates under a mutual NDA. What we can tell you is this: We have built one of the most active and structured sales floors in the UAE. Every day, real people are making real calls, chasing real targets, winning real deals — and losing them. We are going to film all of it. Not as a polished corporate video. Not as a scripted brand campaign. As a genuine, unscripted, character-driven reality show set on a live sales floor — and we need the person who will build it, run it, and make it the most compelling business content in the region. This role does not exist anywhere else in the GCC. Possibly anywhere in the world.
What You Will Actually Do
Build the Show Design the editorial framework for the Sales Floor content operation — the formats, the recurring segments, the weekly narrative structure, the monthly “season finale” format Develop the character system: identify the 8–12 agents whose stories will anchor the content, track their arcs across months, and build the audience’s emotional investment in their outcomes Create the content bible — the internal document that governs every piece of content produced, from a 15-second agent post to a 20-minute weekly episode Establish the tone: raw enough to be real, produced enough to be watchable, honest enough to be trusted
Run the Production Hire, manage, and direct a team of 3 field videographers, 2 editors, and 1 social media scheduler Build and own the daily production schedule: morning briefings, floor coverage rotation, same-day edit turnaround, posting calendar Implement and enforce the 21-Day Habituation Protocol — the process by which 160 agents stop performing for the camera and start ignoring it Manage the equipment inventory, the edit suite workflow, and the content approval process Brief and direct any external agency partners on quarterly brand films and high-production deliverables Own the Strategy Own the content KPIs: follower growth, engagement rate, content-influenced deal rate, content-sourced revenue, sales cycle length reduction Build and maintain the agent personal brand system: daily post formats, weekly accountability check-ins, Creator Bonus tracking Identify viral moments in real time and execute the response protocol within 30 minutes of the moment occurring Present monthly content performance reports to the leadership team with clear attribution to business outcomes — not just views and followers Develop and update the rolling 3-month content roadmap based on what is working

Coach the Talent Run the weekly 15-minute Team Leader content briefing every Sunday Conduct monthly 1-on-1 content coaching sessions with the 8–12 anchor characters Build and deliver the agent content onboarding program for all 160 agents Identify struggling agents and develop individual content plans that fit their personality and comfort level Protect the authenticity of the content by building genuine relationships with agents — not just extracting footage from the

Desired Candidate Profile

The Profile We Are Looking For Non-Negotiable Experience

You must have done at least one of the following at a high level:

Produced or directed a reality television show, docuseries, or long-form documentary

— you understand narrative arcs, character development, and how to make real people

compelling on camera

Built and run a YouTube channel or social media account to 500,000+ followers — you

understand retention mechanics, thumbnail psychology, and why people come back for the

next episode

Run a content operation for a high-growth company — you have managed a team,

owned KPIs, and connected content output to business outcomes in a way you can prove

with data

Ideally, you have done two of the three.

What You Must Genuinely Be

A storyteller first. You watch a sales agent lose a deal and you immediately see three different

stories you could tell about it. You understand that the same moment — a rejection, a

breakthrough, a team argument — can be told in a way that makes the audience feel something

or in a way that makes them scroll past. You know the difference, and you know how to get the

former every time.

Obsessed with authenticity. You have a physical reaction when you see corporate content that

is clearly scripted. You understand that the moment an agent looks at the camera, the content is

dead. You have a methodology for building trust with people who are not natural performers, and

you can describe it in specific, practical terms.

A talent developer. The best show runners in history are known for finding the humanity in

ordinary people and making audiences care about them. You understand that your job is not to

film people; it is to find the story that was already happening and make it visible.

Commercially literate. You understand that this is not a passion project. Every piece of content

you produce is either building pipeline, shortening sales cycles, attracting recruits, or building

brand equity — and you can articulate which one it is doing and why. You are comfortable

presenting content performance in a business review alongside revenue numbers.

A builder. This operation does not exist yet. You are not inheriting a system; you are creating

one. The people who thrive in this role are the ones who find it more exciting to build something

from nothing than to optimise something that already works.

What You Will Have Built After 12 Months

By the end of your first year, the following will exist because of you:

A daily content operation producing 165+ pieces of content per day across 160 agents and

the media crew

A weekly show with a consistent format, a loyal audience, and a recognisable cast of

characters

A library of 60,000+ pieces of indexed content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and

YouTube

A measurable content-influenced deal rate of 40% — meaning 4 in 10 closes involve a

prospect who was already watching before the first call

An agent personal brand system that has become a genuine recruitment advantage — 30%

of new agent applications cite the content as a reason for applying

A content operation recognised in the UAE and GCC as the benchmark for how B2B

companies use media

Creator Equity: Participation in the Creator Bonus pool as the architect of the system
Equipment Budget: Full access to the production equipment inventory
Team: A team of 6 from Day 1 — 3 videographers, 2 editors, 1 social media scheduler
Location: On-site Dubai, UAE
Visa: UAE employment visa provided
Start date: Immediate

The Hiring Process

Stage 1 — The Application Submit a 3–5 minute self-filmed video. Do not script it. Do not produce it. Film it on your phone. Tell us: what is the most compelling real story you have ever captured, and why did it work? We are not evaluating your production quality. We are evaluating whether you are a storyteller.

Stage 2 — The Floor Visit Shortlisted candidates will spend half a day observing a live sales floor — not interviewing. After the visit, submit a one-page document: the three stories you would tell about what you saw, and how you would tell them.

Stage 3 — The Show Bible (Paid) Final candidates will produce a 5-page Show Bible: format, recurring segments, first 4 episodes, character identification framework, and the first viral moment you would engineer.
Stage 4 — The Decision An offer will be made within 48 hours of receiving the Show Bible. Full company details, strategy brief, and NDA will be provided at this stage.

How to Apply

Send the following :

Your 3–5 minute self-filmed video (YouTube, Google Drive, or WeTransfer link — do not

attach)

Your CV or LinkedIn profile

Three links to content you have produced or directed, with a one-sentence explanation of

why each one worked

Subject line: Show Runner — [Your Name]

Applications without the video will not be reviewed.
