Civil Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, surveyors, MEP teams, subcontractors, and other site personnel.</li><li>Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, shop drawings, specifications, and construction details.</li><li>Ensure proper setting out, levels, dimensions, alignment, and positioning of civil works.</li><li>Monitor manpower, tools, equipment, and material requirements to maintain planned productivity.</li><li>Allocate daily tasks to foremen, workers, and subcontractors and monitor their performance.</li><li>Coordinate work fronts and ensure activities are completed according to the approved construction schedule.</li><li>Monitor daily progress and report delays, site constraints, manpower requirements, and material shortages to the Engineer.</li><li>Ensure correct installation of reinforcement, formwork, embedded items, anchor bolts, and other structural components before concrete placement.</li><li>Supervise concrete pouring activities, including preparation, placement, vibration, finishing, and curing.</li><li>Monitor excavation, backfilling, and compaction activities and ensure required inspections and tests are completed.</li><li>Ensure construction materials are
