You will codify this work into reusable methodology and globally scalable assets to accelerate time-to-value and mentor junior peers.<br><br>The Qualifications You Need<br><br>Executive-Facing Presales & Value Engineering (7+ years): Demonstrated experience independently owning the technical close and driving compelling AI transformation narratives. Requires a proven background in accountable PoV execution, complex ROI/TCO modeling, and showcasing the "Art of the Possible" by pitching visionary solutions to hidden problems—with a clear track record of driving projects all the way through to achieved value. Domain & Industry Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of core operational workflows and industry landscapes (e.g., supply chain, finance). You can speak the language of C-suite executives and seamlessly connect complex, systemic bottlenecks to strategic AI solutions. Agentic AI Systems: Advanced architectural mastery of LLM orchestration, tool use/function calling, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and agentic patterns for enterprise workflows. Math & Operations Research: Practical, expert-level application of linear/nonlinear optimization, rigorous statistical analysis, reinforcement learning, and advanced predictive forecasting. Production ML/LLMOps at Scale: Extensive experience in designing deployment architectures and dictating reliability standards for production-grade AI across cloud providers (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI). Software/Data Engineering: Python proficiency, modular API design, creating reusable libraries, advanced SQL, and scalable data integration using ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Hugging Face). AI Architecture & Security: Proven ability to architect secure enterprise cloud environments, ensuring stringent adherence to identity and access management (IAM) protocols, data governance frameworks, global privacy laws, and overarching security standards. Strong presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders (including executives), whether whiteboarding sessions or formal readouts and demos. Join us.<br> <br>Job Description<br> <br>The Civil/Finishing Inspector will ensure the contractors are compliant with the contract documents, coordinate on a daily basis with the other teams to document and verify the quality and quantity of work performed by the Contractor and process the incoming Inspection Requests and technical submittals, and perform the necessary actions as directed by the project leads.<br> <br>Job Duties<br> Monitoring and ensuring that all architectural engineering aspects of the project are carried out as per inspection plan/drawings/codes and specifications. Liaising with the Senior Architectural Engineer and other Engineers and Managers to provide support and guidance as required Review and monitor variations to the work to mitigate time and cost impacts for any required changes Monitor the review of the contractor’s documents/shop drawings to flag and rectify any issues which may affect the stability or function of any architectural components or systems. Monitor contractor’s compliance with approved Quality Control Plan. Monitor the project related protocol set up for Inspection of works by the inspection teams. Monitor safety aspects when dealing with architectural installations Provide reports on the progress of the architectural aspects of the project. Assist in expediting of NOCs from relevant authorities if they appear to be stalled or in delay Maintain full site records, including daily site diaries in an approved format, and formal monthly progress photography. Expedition of approvals from the Client if it appears to be stalled or delaying the project Liaising with the management of the various contractors to expedite submissions and approvals process. Perform and or evaluate tests confirming quality requirements, architectural finishes and building components by conducting thorough site inspection for all architectural works as per approved shop drawings, specifications and method statement. Field checks placement, location and quality of architectural finishes, building structure components. Monitor contractor’s compliance with approved Quality Control Plan. Coordinating with the team on site to ensure that contractual obligations are met. Perform Architectural inspections and material inspections. Issue NCRs to contractors and assist in taking corrective actions. Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and in compliance with the requirements. Ensure that all execution and inspection are carried out as per inspection plan/drawings/codes and specifications. Assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model. Attends all scheduled training sessions.</li> <li>Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule.</li> <li>Adheres to the hotel's code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards.</li> <li>Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment.</li> <li>Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills.
