<p>Our Multi National Supervision Consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced Site Architect to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Site Architect on new build projects in the UAE and ideally have worked for a recognised design or engineering consultancy company previously, This role is available for immediate joining and is for an initial 5 month contract as an outsourced employee through J10 Consulting. Key Responsibilities: • The Site Architect will be based on-site and will support the implementation of the architectural design during the construction phase. The role involves monitoring architectural works, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant local authority regulations and project standards, while assisting in coordination with contractors and other disciplines. Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare comprehensive planning packages, including WBS, baseline project L3/L4 schedules, Engineering Documents Deliverables Register (EDDR), progress measurement systems, S-curves, manpower histograms, project calendars, critical path analyses, and recovery plans.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain EPC implementation schedules in Primavera.</p></li><li><p>Update and maintain accurate schedules, progress statistics, and S-curves, while preparing forecasts and trend analyses.</p></li><li><p>Act as the focal point for engineering discipline leads on scheduling and progress issues.</p></li><li><p>Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, ensuring accurate and timely updates.</p></li><li><p>Analyse project risks and develop effective mitigation plans.</p></li><li><p>Recognize and report potential project issues to management in all phases of the project.</p></li><li><p>Review and understand all relevant project documentation, including scope of services, contract conditions, and project execution plans.</p></li><li><p>Assist management in decision-making and perform support functions as needed.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge about Extension of Time (EOT) claims.</p></li><li><p>Conduct resource planning and forecasting for projects and activities.</p></li><li><p>Utilize planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create, update, and maintain project schedules.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project team members, clients, and consultants.</p></li><li><p>Address stakeholder concerns and provide timely updates on project status and issues.</p></li></ul><p>Prepare payment applications and delay/EOT letters</p><br><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>7-8 years of experience in ADNOC projects, with a solid understanding of ADNOC project control requirements.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, particularly in the EPC industry.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excell.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of delay analysis, EOT claims.</p></li></ul><br><p>Education:</p><br><p>Bachelors of Engineering(Electrical/Electronics &amp;
