Responsibilities:
1. Smart Scheduling & Route Optimization

* Monitor traffic conditions and groomer timelines throughout the day, adjusting schedules or notifying clients of delays proactively.
* Manage waitlists and swiftly fill last-minute cancellations to keep van itineraries maximized.
2. Customer Relations & Client Onboarding
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms.
* Clearly explain mobile grooming policies (e.g., parking requirements, power/water setup, cancellation rules, address accessibility).
* Recommend appropriate grooming packages, add-ons, and maintenance schedules based on coat condition and pet needs.
* Handle pre-service confirmations, location/address verifications, and post-service follow-ups.
* Assist in resolving customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales and delivery process.
3. Logistics & Mobile Fleet Coordination
* Maintain continuous communication with mobile groomers throughout their shift to support their on-the-road needs.
* Collect and verify detailed pet profiles, behavioral notes, access instructions (gate codes, parking spots), and vaccination records prior to appointment times.
* Process mobile payments, manage digital invoicing, and handle end-of-day revenue reconciliation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all dispatch activities.</p><p>• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, route coordination, dispatch, or high-volume booking management.
• Geographic & Routing Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local geography, main transit corridors, and route-planning tools/software.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with dog and cat breeds, grooming times, and handling requirements is highly preferred.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with mobile booking software, Google Maps/routing tools, POS platforms, and WhatsApp Business.
