Working closely with students individually and in small groups, the Learning Coach supports student understanding, engagement, organization, and progress across core subject areas, including English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.<br>The role focuses on helping students access the curriculum, develop foundational academic skills, establish positive learning habits, and achieve academic success while promoting independence, accountability, and confidence. The Learning Coach works collaboratively with teachers, Academic Advisors, parents, and school leadership to ensure students remain engaged, supported, and on track.<br>The Learning Coach does not replace the classroom teacher and is not responsible for delivering the curriculum.
